Our Story
With an impressive career spanning the globe in luxury, resorts, branded and independent hotels, mixed-use properties and beach clubs, our co-founder / MD joined forces with our founder in 2020 to establish Stayso Group. Together with a team of skilled and dynamic professionals, they are working tirelessly towards making Stayso Group one of Turkey's most distinguished boutique development and management companies.

The delectable Smoklin Grill menu, expertly crafted by the renowned Chef Karim Khouani, is a cornerstone of the esteemed Stayso Group. Karim's culinary journey began at just 14, when he embarked on an apprenticeship at a pastry shop. Driven by ambition, he moved to London at 18 to refine his craft in the prestigious three-star Michelin restaurants. Nearly three decades later, Karim runs his own restaurant in Sweden, where his passion for the culinary arts remains as vibrant as ever.
Now, his signature mastery elevates the dining experience at Stayso Group, sharing his wealth of expertise and unmatched creativity.
